In what is just one more of numerous acts in violation of the Constitution, President Obama has unilaterally decided to make multiple recess appointments . . .when Congress is not, in fact, in recess.
The President took on the role of dictator by usurping Congress’s constitutional power and appointing Richard Corday, despite the fact he had already been previously stopped from making such an appointment by Congress.
The self-proclaimed “constitutional scholar” has repeatedly acted in a manner that displays clear contempt for the United States and utter “lawlessness.”
The real question now is if anyone will do anything about his lawlessness or if they will continue to let the “man who would be king” continue to wreak havoc on the constitution and this country, unchecked.
